Prof.Bertha Koda
Board Chairperson
Professor Bertha Koda is an Associate Professor at the University of Dar es salaam, Researcher and renowed women's rights advocate in Tanzania.She was named and awarded the woman of the year in 2000s. She has written over 15 research and literary works on women’s issues, consulted on gender and politics, gender resource and management.
CPA (T) Barbra Mtemvu
Chair Board Risk and Audit Committee
Barbra is a Certified Public Accountant CPA(T) with over 5 years of Accounting and Audit experience working with the public and private sector. She has managerial experience gained from her various professional roles held over the years. Barbra currently oversees the finance department at Uwezo Tanzania which is a non-governmental organization committed to improve competencies in literacy and numeracy among children in Tanzania.
Dr. Constantine Manda
Board Member
Dr. Manda is Assistant Proffesor at UC Irvine University and Co-Founder and Director of the Impact Evaluation Lab (IEL) at Tanzania's Economic & Social Research Foundation (ESRF). Constantine leads the IEL on capacity building, research, and policy engagement on impact evaluations of development programs and policies both governmental and non-governmental.
Lillian Secelela Madeje

Lillian Madeje is a dynamic Tanzanian entrepreneur, innovation strategist, and ecosystem builder with over 15 years of experience spanning human capital, technology, and organizational development.
Catherine Paul
Board Member
Catherine Paul is a seasoned public health leader at NEST360, with over 15 years expertise leading complex donor-funded programs across diverse global health landscapes.She brings a unique blend of technical acumen, strategic insight, and relational leadership, consistently driving sustainable outcomes.
